SKV Construction Asks Client for a Google Review

The form below is for the client to fill out after SKV Construction completes work for any client.  The work could be for either Angi's Leads (HomeAdvisor) or from the Google AdWords network, or from any other referral.  When filled out, the form contents will go to the SKV Construction Webmaster.  He will manage the review.

Stan Vorgias will personally ask the client if he/she is willing to provide a review for SKV Construction's work.  We would appreciate the client submitting his review within 5 days.
