Patios, Pavings, & Small Concrete Slab Repair

Is Concrete Patio Repair possible?

If your patio or other concrete surface has cracks, they can often be repaired.  Consult SKV Construction for an opinion about whether to repair the patio, or in the most extreme cases replace the concrete slab.  If in otherwise good condition concrete patio repair can transform the surface.   Upgrade the appearance and strength with a cement-based overlay.  Some options include resurfacing,  staining, stenciling, or having color added.

Epoxy is a great option for resurfacing!  Its durability makes it a perfect candidate for outdoor patio spaces and pools. The epoxy is very durable an you will not have to about replacing the flooring every few years.
The video here illustrates how a badly deteriorated surface can be restored before final waterproofing of the concrete surface.  Having never done this procedure, do not attempt it.  Call SKV Construction.

Repair Paving Well & Sidewalk

For this project, a badly cracked and damaged concrete paving well station next to cracked sidewalk was repaved.

Damaged concrete paving for the well area was broken up and repaved with a new paving.  Badly cracked sidewalk areas were broken up.  New sidewalk sections were poured.

The new well area now blends in with the new sidewalk creating a clean professional looking concrete patio repair surface.

This type of project is typical of many that SKV Construction has done, and can do for residence and commercial buildings.  Contact SKV Construction today if you have a concrete paving area that is in need of repair.

Repair Concrete Stoop

A stoop is a small staircase ending in a platform and leading to the entrance of a building.  Concrete stoops can shift away from the foundation, may sink, or may shift due to rodent damage.

As illustrated in the project below, there are openings and cracks around the small concrete stoop as well as around the larger stoop to the right of the small stoop. Both areas were patched resulting in the appearance as shown by the After Restoration image.

The concrete stoop repair adds cosmetic appeal to the apartment, and prevent further damage from rain and freezing rain.
