The image immediately below shows a foundation that was made from cinder block.  Tree roots and hydrostatic pressure from improper drainage forced the foundation wall to buckle to a point where complete replacement of the foundation wall was necessary.

In the second image below, improper roof flashing allowed water to accumulate behind the siding. The water damage led to complete damage of the wall, and the wall had to be totally replaced. Had the siding been properly repaired, the wall would not have had to be replaced.
