Review Comments: Just wanted to close the loop with you (in case you have been waiting with baited breath to check this off your punch list).
The stairwell repair project passed the final inspection yesterday, 4/26/2016. FYI, the railing was manufactured and installed by J.B. Metal Works in Des Plaines—they did a nice job, and had no trouble “coring out” the stubs of the old posts. (I’m attaching two photos of the finished stairwell with railing.)

Review Comments: I would highly recommend Stan Vorgias and SKV Construction for basement foundation repairs. Stan combines years of experience with an in-depth knowledge of the latest repair materials and techniques. After personally inspecting my repair needs Stan offered a unique solution that was competitively priced. Stan uses a HEPA vacuum to reduce dust during the repair and fully cleaned the area when completed. Great service and knowledge.

Review Comments: Stan Vorgias responded immediately to our service request by stopping by to understand our project and he provided a quote the very next day. We initially went with a different contractor but when they failed to do our project we called Stan and he started and completed our project within a few days of contacting him. He completed the work to our satisfaction. In summary, Stan responded immediately to our request for service, visited and provided an estimate the next day and completed our project within a few days of us accepting his proposal. Great customer service.
